2nd AGM of Greenpark JMB AB finally convened

The 2nd AGM of the Greenpark Taman Yarl JMB AB
was finally convened on 10th October 2009 (Saturday).

A new (the 3rd JMC) was duly elected with 11 office
bearers comprising members of the 1st and 2nd JMC
and totally new members.

Let wish the new JMC all the best as they work together
to continue to improve conditions at Greenpark.

In addition, Maxrise (developer) had confirmed that the
Strata Title Application process is well on its way.

Sources (from Maxrise) also confirmed that Maxrise had
finally successfully sold ALL their previously unsold units
(all Blocks A,B, C and D) which was offered at MYR 100 per
sq ft.

Things at Greenpark should only improve from now onwards.
